Emma Brookes

Q1. What is your position in the club?

I have 3 boys who play for EBUFC I’m a committee member and fundraiser.

Q2. What was your motivation for getting involved?

A friend asked me along to the AGM to support her.

Q3. What do you feel makes the club so special?

There is alot of hard work and time given to the club and players. this shows on the pitch when you watch the team effort and how they work together.

Q4. If there was one part of the game (or your role if non coaching ) you would change what would it be?

Very hard to change I know, but I would like to hear parents giving support to their children at a match rather than telling them what to do that’s the coach’s job.

Q5. If you could give your playing self one piece of advice , what would it be?

Enjoy, have fun and work as a team (is that counted as 3 pieces of advice).

Q6. What’s your most fond memory from your time within EBUFC?

Probably when we took part in the 2016 German exchange, we had a great time and my little lad absolutely loved going to Wembley what a great experience for all involved.

Q7. What would you say to a player considering joining EBUFC?

My boys really enjoy being part of the club the things they do and the events they put on. great club to join.

Thanks Emma – The Club
