Kettering were too strong for Earls Barton today punishing every mistake we made and scoring freely. With the score 0-7 at half time we had a change of keeper and swapped players around a bit but it made no difference the goals just kept coming. Not much to say to the players after the game, we just have to put it behind us and look forward to the next game. There are no real winners in games like this, the winning side only get shooting practice and the losing side just get demoralised. Barton's player of the match today - Jo Morton who had a fine game in the middle of the pitch and is improving weekly. |
