Earls Barton were drawn against top of the league Abington in the cup today and were no match for the league leaders. Barton were four goals down in the first 15 minutes but managed to steady the ship for a time, Abington adding just one more before half time. The second half was more of the same with Abington scoring another 5 and securing their place in the next round of the cup with ease. Barton's player of the match today was new keeper Sam Clarke who is improving with every game she plays. |
