Amy Moore opened the scoring on 9 minutes running on to a miskick by the opposition and coolly slotting past the keeper. On 18 minutes Amy scored hers and Barton's second, Jenna Looker chipped the ball over the defence, Amy bringing the ball under control and blasting past the keeper. Megan Roberts was unlucky not to add the third a few minutes later when she fired from the edge of the box only for the ball to hit the post spin across the goal and out for a goal kick. Brackley fought back and two minutes later scored their first with a high lob. Eight minutes later they drew level when Bartons defence did not clear the danger early enough.

Barton pushed harder in the second half and their pressure forced an own goal on 55 minutes to give them the lead once again. Ten minutes later Megan Roberts wrapped up the points running onto a diagonal cross field ball from Omi McKie in defence and blasting past the keeper.
