Netherton Diamonds 9 v Earls Barton 0

A game to forget as far as Earls Barton were concerned. we were 6-0 down at half time and did not look interested. Kelly Hewitt did manage to get a shot on target which bounced off the cross bar, but apart from that we were never really at the races. After the break Barton improved their performance but 3 more goals from Netherton made for a long miserable journey home. Player of Match had to go to Katie Newman in goal for Barton, without her the score could well have been a cricket score. |
