Only 3G pitches that feature on the 3G pitch register (available online at https://footballfoundation.org.uk/3g-pitch-register) as “FA approved” or “FIFA approved” can be used for affiliated matches. For clarity, this includes County Cup, league, league cup, NTFA Cup, JPL etc.
Clubs risk a league fine if a match is played on a 3G pitch that isn’t on the 3G pitch register. A club’s insurance is also invalid, putting players, coaches, and officials at risk.
